Register through M-Paspor application. Can be downloaded App Store or Google Play M-Paspor: Dapat diunduh App Store atau Google Play
- The applicant fills identity according to the guidelines available on the M-Paspor application, then the applicant uploads the appropriate required documents, as well as selects the passport application location, passport type and arrival schedule
- The applicant approves the data, terms & conditions along with payment in accordance with the billing code
- Applicants come to the Immigration Office according to the choice of arrival schedule by bringing proof of online passport registration and original passport requirements documents to the Customer Care officer Customer Care;
- After verified, the applicant gets a queue of interview service booths and biometric retrieval
- The applicant obtains proof of passport collection and will get a notification when the passport has been completed and collect the passport at the Immigration Office according to the place of application
